The Maldives on Yasawa Princess
The Maldives experience - white sands, desert islands & azure sea. Exceptional diving. The sea @ 30c +, Viz 20 - 30 m +. Sharks galore, Mantas, Turtles, Eagle Rays and loads of reef fish. MV Yasawa Princess cruised the Yasawa Islands in Fiji for many years and has now transferred to the beautiful Maldives. She was built in Fiji as a bespoke boutique cruise ship for a maximum of 66 guests and 25 Crew. However there will only be a small number of guests at any one time, ensuring an intimate, relaxed and informal cruise, with excellent and friendly service. We aim to provide a desert island escape from everyday life so no need to dress formally shorts, tee-shirts and swimwear are all that’s required!
Offering a close up and intimate view of the ‘real’ Maldives our itinerary caters for divers. Non-divers will have the opportunity to snorkel and swim in the most pristine of blue lagoons. Meet the locals and enjoy genuine Maldivian culture, Night BBQ on the beach, sunbathe on an uninhabited island or simply relax and relish the views of some of the world’s most stunning sandbanks. You may visit islands to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of them or may be to do a bit of shopping
